Account Registration
Eligibility and age restrictions
- Minimum age: You may only open an Account and use the Services if you are 18 years of age or over. The Operator conducts age-verification checks and may request documents at any time. If you are found to be underage, your Account will be closed, any winnings will be void and, where required by law, stakes may be returned.
- Location and jurisdiction: These Services are directed to Players who are ordinarily resident in the United Kingdom and who access the Site from a jurisdiction where online gambling with the Operator is lawful. Access from certain jurisdictions (including, but not limited to, the USA and France) is blocked via IP and you must not attempt to circumvent such geo-blocking.
- Self-exclusion: You must not open or use an Account if you are currently self-excluded with the Operator or via any national self-exclusion scheme such as GamStop. The Operator participates in GamStop in accordance with UKGC requirements.
Account creation process
- Registration: To create an Account you must complete the online registration form on vegaslendi.com, providing truthful, current and complete information including (at a minimum) your full name, date of birth, residential address, email address, mobile number and any other data requested.
- Email and device verification: The Operator may require you to verify your email address (for example by clicking a confirmation link) and, where appropriate, verify your device or telephone number before enabling deposits or gameplay.
- KYC documentation: In line with UK anti-money laundering, counter-terrorist financing and safer gambling regulations, you may be required to provide documents such as a copy of your passport or ID card, proof of address, payment method evidence and/or source-of-funds documentation. The Operator may use third-party identity-verification providers and credit-reference agencies.
- Account approval: The Operator reserves the right to refuse to open an Account, to delay activation or to suspend an existing Account pending completion of verification checks. No obligation arises to give a reason where refusal or suspension is based on legal or regulatory requirements.
User obligations and account security
- Accuracy of data: You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration and throughout your relationship with the Operator is accurate and kept up to date. You must promptly notify the Operator of any changes via your Account settings or customer support.
- Password and access: You must keep your login details, passwords, security questions and any other authentication factors strictly confidential. You must not allow any third party to access your Account or to place Bets on your behalf. You are responsible for all activity on your Account unless the Operator has failed to implement reasonable security measures.
- Single account policy: You may hold only one active Account with the Operator for the Services offered to UK players under the Vegas Land profile. Duplicate accounts may be closed and associated Bonuses and winnings voided.
- Use of Payment Methods: You may only use Payment Methods that are registered in your own name. Use of another person's card or wallet, or use of business accounts without authorisation, may lead to suspension, voiding of Bets and reporting to relevant authorities.
Betting & Gameplay Rules
Placing bets and game rules
- Game-specific rules: Each Game available on vegaslendi.com is subject to its own rules, pay tables, minimum and maximum stakes and return-to-player percentages, as displayed within the Game interface and/or the help section. By placing a Bet you accept those rules in addition to these Terms.
- Bet confirmation: A Bet is deemed placed and accepted only when it has been processed and recorded by the Operator's systems. Once accepted, a Bet cannot usually be cancelled or changed. In the event of any dispute about whether a Bet has been placed, the Operator's transaction logs will be conclusive, subject to any manifest error.
- Minimum and maximum stakes: The Operator may set overall and Game-specific minimum and maximum stakes, including limits specific to Bonus play. These limits are displayed in the relevant Game or on the Site and may be changed from time to time.
- Malfunction: If, due to a technical failure, malfunction, interruption or software bug, a Game does not operate as intended, the Operator may void affected Bets, cancel erroneous winnings and restore your balance to the state prior to the malfunction. In such cases, the phrase "malfunction voids all pays and plays" applies.
Cancellation, voiding and errors
- Obvious error / palpable error: If a Bet is accepted at odds, stakes or parameters that are clearly incorrect due to a technical or human error, the Operator may declare the Bet void, adjust it to the correct terms or otherwise rectify the error in a fair and reasonable manner.
- Compliance-related voiding: The Operator may void Bets and/or suspend your Account where required to comply with law, regulation or the instructions of a regulator, law-enforcement authority or court.
- Disconnection: If your connection is interrupted while playing, the outcome of previously confirmed Bets will be determined by the Game servers and reflected in your balance once reconnection occurs. The Operator recommends ensuring a stable internet connection and does not accept responsibility for Player-side connectivity issues.
Conduct in live casino, chats and gameplay
- Respectful behaviour: When using live casino tables, chat functions or any interactive features, you must behave respectfully towards dealers, other Players and staff. Insults, harassment, threats, hate speech, discriminatory language, obscene content and spamming are strictly prohibited.
- Prohibition of fraud and collusion: You must not engage in collusion, cheating, use of bots or automated tools, exploitation of software bugs, chip-dumping or any other form of unfair advantage. The Operator may monitor gameplay and share data with regulators and other operators to detect and prevent fraud.
- Advertising and solicitation: Using chat or other features to advertise services, promote other sites, solicit funds or share personal contact details is not permitted. The Operator may remove content, mute or exclude you from chat and take other measures where necessary.
- Account action for misconduct: Breach of these conduct rules may result in warnings, chat bans, temporary suspension or permanent closure of your Account, and in serious cases may lead to voiding of Bets, forfeiture of winnings and reporting to authorities.
Bonus Terms
General bonus conditions
- Promotional terms: Each Bonus or Promotion offered on vegaslendi.com is subject to these Terms and to specific promotional terms displayed on the Site or in the marketing communication. In the event of inconsistency, the specific promotional terms prevail to the extent of the conflict.
- Eligibility: Bonuses are usually limited to one per person, household, IP address, device, payment method and shared environment (such as a library or workplace), unless expressly stated otherwise. The Operator may restrict eligibility based on country, payment method, player risk profile or other criteria.
- Activation: Some Bonuses are applied automatically, while others require you to opt in, enter a bonus code or select the Bonus in the cashier. Activation methods and timeframes are specified in the relevant promotional terms.
Wagering requirements and timeframes
- Wagering requirements: Bonuses and any winnings derived from them may be subject to wagering (playthrough) requirements which must be completed before related funds become withdrawable. The applicable wagering multiplier, qualifying Games, maximum stakes and other conditions are clearly stated in the promotional terms.
- Contribution of Games: Not all Games contribute equally to wagering. For example, some table games, live casino games, low-risk bets or jackpot games may contribute a reduced percentage or be excluded entirely. The contribution table for each Promotion is provided in its terms.
- Time limits: Bonuses and associated wagering requirements are subject to time limits (for example, they may expire a certain number of days after crediting or after first use). If the time limit expires before wagering is completed, the Bonus and any unused bonus funds or related winnings may be forfeited.
Prohibited play and bonus abuse
- Irregular play: The Operator may treat certain betting patterns as abusive or "irregular play", including but not limited to: very low-risk wagering, hedging Bets, placing large Bets that exceed stated limits, using Bonus funds to progress through game stages and then switching to cash play, or intentionally exploiting any aspect of a Promotion.
- Bonus abuse: Creation of multiple Accounts, use of multiple identities, or acting in concert with others to obtain Bonuses or unfair advantage is prohibited. In such cases, the Operator may remove Bonuses, cancel related winnings, close Accounts and report the matter to relevant authorities.
- Combination of promotions: Unless explicitly allowed, Bonuses and Promotions cannot be combined. Only one active wagering requirement may apply at a time, and the Operator may determine the order in which different balances (real money, bonus money, free spins winnings) are used.
Payments & Withdrawals
Deposits
- Permitted methods: For UK Players, deposits may be made using permitted debit cards, supported e-wallets, bank transfers and other methods listed in the cashier section. Use of credit cards for gambling is prohibited under UK regulation and is not allowed. References to additional methods such as cryptocurrency apply only where expressly permitted by law and clearly indicated on the Site.
- Limits and fees: Minimum and maximum deposit amounts depend on the selected Payment Method and your Player status and are displayed in the cashier. The Operator does not charge hidden fees; any deposit fees or currency-conversion charges are disclosed before you confirm the transaction, but your bank or payment provider may apply additional charges.
- Availability of funds: Deposits are credited to your Account once approved by your Payment Method provider and the Operator's systems. The Operator is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers or banks.
Withdrawals
- Withdrawal conditions: You may request a withdrawal of your withdrawable balance at any time, subject to verification checks, responsible gambling assessments, these Terms and any specific Bonus conditions. Where possible, withdrawals will be processed via the same Payment Method used for deposit, in line with anti-money laundering requirements.
- Processing times: The Operator aims to review withdrawal requests promptly, typically within a few Business Days, but actual receipt of funds may take longer depending on your Payment Method and bank. Additional checks may extend processing times, particularly where source-of-funds or affordability information is required.
- Limits and fees: Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts per transaction and per time period (for example, per day or per month) are displayed in the cashier. The Operator may apply reasonable fees to withdrawals in specific circumstances, which will be communicated before you confirm the request.
Management and protection of player funds
- Segregation and protection level: In accordance with UKGC requirements, the Operator holds customer funds in segregated accounts separate from business funds. The UKGC categorises this arrangement as providing a medium level of protection. This means that, in the unlikely event of insolvency, there is some level of protection but there is no absolute guarantee that all funds will be repaid. Further details are available in the "Customer Funds" information on the Site.
- Chargebacks and reversals: You must not make or attempt to make chargebacks, reversals or cancellations of deposits. If a chargeback occurs, the Operator may suspend or close your Account, recover the amount of the chargeback and any associated costs, and void winnings where appropriate.
- Refund policy: Bets that have been validly placed and accepted are generally final and non-refundable. The Operator may, at its discretion or where legally required, refund stakes or adjust balances in cases of cancelled events, malfunctions, manifest errors or regulatory obligations.
Limitation of Liability
Operator's obligations
- Fairness and integrity: The Operator provides the Services using reasonable skill and care, ensuring that Games are supplied by properly licensed providers and that random number generators (RNGs) used in Games are independently tested for fairness.
- Accuracy of results: The outcome of Games and the balance shown in your Account are determined by the Operator's systems and, where applicable, by the systems of third-party game providers. In the event of any discrepancy between the result displayed on your Device and the result recorded on the Operator's servers, the server result will prevail, subject to manifest error or malfunction.
Exclusions of liability
- Technical and network issues: To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Operator is not liable for any loss or damage arising from technical failures, system errors, defects, delays, interruptions, viruses, or loss or corruption of data where these are caused by matters outside the Operator's reasonable control, including failures of your internet connection, hardware or software.
- Indirect losses: The Operator is not liable for any indirect, consequential or special loss, including loss of profits, loss of opportunity, loss of data or damage to goodwill, whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise.
- Player responsibility: You are responsible for ensuring that you understand the rules of the Games, that gambling is lawful in your jurisdiction and that you comply with any tax obligations related to your winnings.
Liability cap and non-excludable rights
- Maximum liability: Subject to the paragraph below, the Operator's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with the Services or these Terms is limited to the greater of (a) the amount of the Bet or transaction giving rise to the claim, and (b) the available real-money balance in your Account at the time of the relevant event.
- Non-excludable liability: Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability which cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any statutory consumer rights that apply to you.

- Site content: All content on vegaslendi.com, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, software and underlying source code, is owned by the Operator, its group companies, licensors or content suppliers and is protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.

- Effective date of changes: Unless otherwise required by law or by a regulator, changes will take effect on the date specified in the notice or on posting the updated Terms on the Site. Your continued use of the Services after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Your options in case of disagreement
- Review: You should review any updated Terms carefully. If you do not agree with a change, you should stop using the Services and request closure of your Account.
- Existing obligations: Changes do not affect Bets already placed and accepted before the effective date of the change; such Bets will be settled in accordance with the terms in force at the time they were placed, unless a change is required by law or regulation.
Termination & Suspension
Termination by you
- Account closure: You may close your Account at any time by following the instructions in the Account section of the Site or by contacting customer support. Closure will not affect rights or obligations that have already arisen (for example, outstanding Bets or unresolved complaints).
- Self-exclusion: If you wish to restrict your access to gambling, you may use the self-exclusion tools provided on the Site and via GamStop. Self-exclusion is taken seriously and cannot be easily reversed; details are provided in the responsible gambling section of the Site.
Suspension and termination by the Operator
- Grounds for action: The Operator may suspend or close your Account, freeze funds, void Bets and/or refuse to provide the Services where it reasonably believes that: (a) you have breached these Terms; (b) you have provided false or misleading information; (c) you are underage or self-excluded; (d) your Account is used for fraudulent or criminal activity, money laundering or terrorist financing; (e) there are responsible gambling concerns; or (f) required by law, regulation or a regulator.
- Notice: Where lawful and practicable, the Operator will notify you of the reasons for suspension or closure and of any steps you may take to address the issue. In some cases, legal or regulatory restrictions may prevent the Operator from providing detailed information.
- Funds on termination: On closure of your Account, your remaining withdrawable real-money balance will normally be returned to you, subject to verification and legal obligations. Funds may be withheld or forfeited where permitted by law and justified by serious breach, fraud or regulatory requirements.
